Here we've got our own entity through which we can hire employees.
We will hire you as a full-time contractor. Don’t worry, we don't like the term contractor either and we view and treat them the same as our employees. We make no difference and you get access to the same benefits and perks. Contractors are hired via our Spanish entity, Wild Audience S.L. As a contractor, you have to take care of your own taxes, health insurance, etc, and are paid in EUR.
A few weeks before your start date, the People Ops team will reach out to arrange the setup of any necessary equipment. Additionally, you'll have a call with Emilie from People Ops to discuss the next steps and address any questions you may have.
About a week before you begin, we'll send you instructions for logging in on your first day.
On your first day, you'll be invited to join your personalised onboarding project in Asana, where you'll find an overview of what to expect during your first week at Wild Audience. This project outlines your goals, expectations, and initial tasks. Additionally, you'll be paired with an onboarding buddy to help with any specific questions. We're committed to ensuring you feel supported and set up for success from day one.
