The Soft Skills Framework defines how we expect people to show up at Wild Audience regardless of their roles or circle. It describes observable, coachable behaviours across five dimensions, each anchored to career levels so expectations are clear at every stage.
In our leveling system, soft skills are one of two equally important inputs for determining someone's level. They are assessed alongside hard skills*; evaluated through the Career Level Framework (Expertise, Autonomy, and Impact), the roles responsibilities, and the 360 feedback.
For a development companion to this framework — what "not yet" looks like at each level and concrete steps to get there — see Not yet — and here's how.

*We don’t have a dedicated hard skills framework yet, but both dimensions carry equal weight in the assessment. Together, they give a complete and honest picture of where someone consistently operates.
