Wildmetrics is a new analytic app for creators. Wildmetrics allows creators to connect their ads, billing, CRM & calls to uncover the full customer journey. It helps creators discover what drives their revenue & scale their ROAS.

We are looking for an Operations & Finance Specialist to join our team.

As a fully bootstrapped, remote team of 10 based in Europe and Argentina, we serve over 1,000 customers worldwide in English, Spanish, and German. As the Operations & Finance Specialist at Wild Audience, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations and finances. This role blends financial management with operational efficiency, requiring strong project management skills and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the CEO and various teams to implement processes, manage stakeholders, and drive efficiency across the company.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the backbone of our company, ensuring financial health and operational success.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, one-off cross-functional projects from research to implementation. Examples of past and future projects:Implementing a new affiliate management software, and coordinating with growth, product, and management teams.Making Wild Audience GDPR compliant by collaborating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Manage and Improve operational workflows:Analyse the current accounting process and suggest efficiency improvements.Research and implement new accounting software, managing stakeholders including accountants, management, and product teams.Manage team expenses and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and improve our Wild Handbook, which serves as our team wiki. You will document all processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflows to ensure clarity and alignment across the team.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly accounting processes in collaboration with our external accountant.
• Oversee quarterly tax returns and respond to requests from our accountant and tax agency.
• Be the first point of contact for our accountant, manage and respond to their requests.
• Create and maintain a cash flow forecast, enabling better financial planning and decision-making (salaries, hiring, and investment decisions).
• Partner with the CEO to manage the company’s finances, ensuring stability and growth.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving or efficiency improvements.
